his stamp doesnt copy on a copier but i think that was just below my signiture on the back/bottom. im looking at it now.
then you type of a letter of intent saying what you want done with it. you just put your name and the t/a name/info at the top.
make sure your money is included for both, shutting the one down and making you a new cert.
put a self addressed stamped envelope and sign the letter.
thats what they had me do and it went fine..
i did it this way for the cd too.
