Correct - What he should have done is given Tom heads up about the domain name. He would have received a much nicer response in my opinion.

If I were in Tom's shoes my first reaction would have been. "someone is trying to hold me hostage". Drac said free, but come on!! This was a play to get a relationship going to try and get inside knowledge.

And guess what? It backfired!!
