Usualy R/S is done when s/p get to 0.0001 and there is no bid and usualy the pps is falling after R/S and it logical,another reason for r/s is when company made step to move to higher exchange ,and if the rumor of r/s is true it because NWOG is going to higher exchane and i wellcome the R/S.But i fill that there is no r/s and i know that the company want the pps up and not down.
