I don't think so. I believe the host country of most oil producing countries take the first 50% because, after all, it is *their* oil.

Someone more knowledgable on the topic please chime in!

ERHC's share of JDZ oil; 1 billion barrels. Once proven, ERHE will be $10+. All we need is time and patience.
