I see that NetCert filed on REGDEX in Septmenber 2006, and ISBL filed a REGDEX in November 2006. I know that. Let me be in SHAME. I am not very proud of what's to come............I wish I had not sold the 6mln ISBL q couple of weeks ago. It's .0055 bid, and chart looks good, and I sold for .0037 average. If it spikes to a QUARTER, I will be very happy for you.
