LOL I knew what it meant, Dubi...but am reminded of a family member who apparently isn't as schmart as I am. ;)

When she had her first son at a young age her husband was serving in the Gulf War thus when her doctor asked if she wanted the boy circumcised she didn't want to admit her ignorance and there wasn't anybody she felt she could ask so she denied permission much to her (and the boy's) later regret.
