Thanks for posting that.

Many posters on this thread had urgently requested an update , and PJ has now provided a perfectly straightforward statement covering several topics. From my standpoint, that must be strongly welcomed.

There are two important sources of reassurance here. As it is only natural that shareholders will wish for updates, it is important to hear that: "We expect to be sending out future updates to our shareholders and our goal is to keep them better apprised of events in Amergence as they happen".

In addition to that, we should bear in mind that while an immediate implementation of the Letter of Engagement with Sonic Mountain/Odeo was forestalled by the question of the lawsuit, a partnership (the precise words used here are "some type of future relationship") with that company remains a distinct possibility that could turn out to be highly beneficial to both parties.
