I agree in total. my bet is a divider that lands PBLS with 50,000,000 to 100,000,000 shares in total.

NWOG was once NDOL and that was one hell of a ride from .20 to over a buck. But, those guys acctually did the work of getting a listing on the Frank EXE in Germany and not the BS then they let loooooooose. almost perfect dual PR's one day that crashed the stock from 1.05 to .67 and then the second one took it back over a buck in one day.

PBLS has "jumped the shark". I thought they would be smarter and leave the O/S alone at a billion and play with the PS's. It could have gone on for 2 more years
