You ask a request about posters RGNO shares, a poster asks why? (sounds like cooperation to me)
This would relate directly to a posters concern about their investment(PPS of shares). A definitely "on Topic" subject of concern about RGNO shares.

If you do not want to answer the poster that is fine. But to mantain credibility, it "can not" be considered clutter to ask why you want somebodys personal information about their RGNO shares.

Personaly I do not care, I would have told you until you called the relative question clutter.
