The biggest negative impacts for this company have been the dilution and the inability to properly run this company by the CEO. He has plundered the company with his fat salary and the complete inability to properly promote the company. He should stick to burger stands and stay out of public companies where there are people other than busboys looking over hsi shoulder. He is a fat burger flipper and not a CEO of a public company! He has F-ed the pps not the R/S. The R/S was just a tool so he can "F" us all even more!
