Hello JD, One of the great things about Cortex is that with each stepping stone of success, they become that much more attractive to being partnered with or bought outright.

Somewhere around 1990/1992 I purchased the old CORX more than once at 56 to 59 cents a share and even though they always had irons in the fire, they were a long way away from drugs on the shelf, so I sold for a good profit each time. I buy stocks to make money and I am always happy to take a profit. If I leave some on the table for the next person, so be it.

I am guessing that by your user name you traditionally invest in dividend paying investments like Alltel, BMY, bond funds, ect. You are a long way from those, but you are learning fast. Cash, debt, and burn rate are priority #1 in this sandbox. (imho)

I believe that we are closer now than ever to either striking a partnership deal, or having someone go after them lock, stock and barrel. The only way to really participate in that is to hold a relatively large position and wait for the hand to be played out.

All that being said, should the price rise significantly from here I would not hesitate to begin selling off chunks.
