Chuck, on NWOG today ATD sent me a notice from their supposed treasurer saying a reverse split was done on 9/11, 1-100 shares. Quite a shock, given the company has made NO announcement of such and has in past denied they would do an RS.

So, my question is:

The Acc/Dis is running positive, yet pps running down quite a bit. Could it be a major scam by someone to attempt to run down the pps while major accumulation is going on for a huge gain by the dark forces?

Ive never heard of an RS being done and no news put out by company, and in this case 10 days AFTER the fact, and yet no share change has been made in my account (Major bag holder in this pos stock).
Any tin foil thoughts?
