this is SWVC quiet period. its good.

Remember guys, every stock has its cycle. This stalling period expects indecision because thats what a stall is. People are undecided. Greed (buyers) creates demand, fear (sellers) creates supply. When greed and optimism create massive demand, PPS moves up cuz supply is running short. ahh good old supply and demand.
