Mysscat, I looked all that up before. It was not that the claims were too good to be true, it was a fact that what they stated WAS untrue.

They had repeatedly stated for many months that Histo RECAF was FDA approved to detect cancer. In fact it was not approved for that purpose. It is just a stain to aid the lab technichian determine if cancer is present. It is just like a pap smear. It is just a stain also and is not approved to detect cancer. The FDA called the SEC and trading was suspended. there were other issues going on the the SEC did not like such as a hyped email campaign that was also going on but the FDA was the main problem.

A cardinal rule to live by. "Thou shalt not anger the FDA"

That is now why the company is very careful in what they state.
