I am glad that you understand the disclosure rules to bad other people that write here that are paid by the company do not attach a disclosure statement along with their holdings. On CNBC that is owned by GE make all of the analysis or others that promote a stock have to put up a disclosure statement. It makes what you say creditable.
Luckily the internet keeps track of all emails for later use.
Once the other promoters put a disclosure statement on the postings it would give creditablity to them and the company. Unfortunately the longer no disclosure statements are attached the more it hurts this great company and possibly sets them up for future problems.
