What about mgmt shares...issued back in March or not issued pending meeting certain goals? /////////////////////////// Not issued


One last question....If and when the company does a Reverse Split, will mgmt shares be split also or will they be exempt from the split???//////////////////// There are no exceptions. everyone is treated equally.

The only way I see we can get the short end of the deal is for the company to do a R/S and then they issue mgmt the shares afterwards.
