I agree with all of your post with the exception of the following:

Telmex doesn't have to buy ONEV's tech in order for them to get everyone to believe they did IRIS on their very own. We have many, many customers using my company's technology on their websites using their very own branded name, not ours, and I can assure you they aren't even thinking of buying our company.
