Hey on ADSX,
How about when your grandkids get abducted? Would you not wish that some type of device was with them to track them and the scoundrel down- get the kids back safely? I agree there are many Cons to the Pros, but, as with all new technology, there is potenial that some may abuse it.

Think of the good possibilities. Above is just one aspect.
