bearclaw51: So from reading the court papers from today - is that a good thing for us???? I am not real with it when it comes to the back and forth in the financial legal system. I know "Shorts" will insinuate that it is BAD = but could it go in favor of us "longs"? I want so much for a good outcome on this I feel like I have been waiting forever = not to mention the amount of money I have in it (appx 8 to 9 thousand). I realize it could go either way - I just want so much to have my patience pay off in the end. But I am sure I am definitely not alone in feeling that - so thanks for any info or opinions you put out there!!!! GLTA
