The last (or even the first) sale of any particular day is irrelevant. However, if you add up the numbers from the sales record you posted, volume-wise about 58% of the transactions yesterday were at or above Wednesday's closing price. JMHO, but that is the only real indicator of which direction the stock headed for the day. Keep in mind also that the closing price each day since the R/S has been higher than the close on 9/13.

I have a question for you. The low of the day yesterday morning which was also the first sale of the day was a transaction for 720 shares at .26. What was the level 2 bid and ask at that time? Why does someone sale shares 35% lower than the previous closing price and considerably lower than the current ask (possibly lower than the current bid, but I don't remember that for sure)?
