I agree that the sp is and has been headed downward. No argument there. EDEX has generated oil production, tho in small quantity. Your point is valid though. At some point in the future they will and that is why we are here, invested in EDEX. Clayton has not sold a share nor has any insider.
You might consider re-evaluating how you interpret your facts.
Time will tell whether or not your or my interpretation was correct.
