In fact, they said they wanted to find a place in northern China to establish a distrubition center, I had lived in northern China for over 20 years, I just visited Beijing and Tianjin two months ago. I am very familiar with northern part of China, I could find an affordable location for them very quickly. I wanted to help them to make it happen quickly. However, they won't return my calls, it is kind of disappointing to do business with them.
