What has me thinking is the fact that the most recent court doc filed by BCIT plainly states that the "Regulatory Parties" told him a lawsuit against shareholders was necessary. Megas took that route and here we are. Megas seems to have a lot of evidence documented showing that the "Regulatory Parties" are plainly hindering him from moving forward with business plans for the shell he owns. It also seems all of the other "Regulatory Parties" have given the go ahead for BCIT, except the DTCC(anyone notice the SEC is not listed in that court doc?). I assume that Megas lawyers are putting a large amount of pressure on the DTCC and other "Regulatory Parties" to abide by the laws they are in place to enforce. I truly hope this most recent "litigation" has brought to light the seemingly evident fact that BCIT was naked shorted. If that is the case, the DTCC must relent IMO. If Megas went public with information like that it does not matter how powerful the DTCC is they would lose IMO!

Let's see some public disclosure Mr. Megas. You are may main man so don't let me down now!
