Shares Outstanding Per Transfer Agent 09/17/2007:
479,000 (TA said this was not an exact, but an 'estimate' post-forward split)

only approx: 4790 shares pre 100-1

Aug 8, 2007 he buys 2950 for a total of 3000 shares, he owned 50 to start with.........2950/50 = 5900% that 5900% should have been
3000/4790 = 62.6%

Sep 11, 2007 he buys another 928 bringing his total to 3928 ....... 928/3000 = 31% should be 3928/4790 = 82%

He just doesn't know how to figure % owned.....LOL....made the same mistake twice, he calculated his % holding increase not total % owned


47380404 paid for 3928 shares - now 100-1 - so 392800 shares
