I agree, They have shares issue to them in March(according to the one post) and what ever they are worth at the end od restrict is what they get if they sell.(of course there are other thing or restrictions on how many they can sell at any given time)

One of the interviews with Garr, He stated he would be able to sell some in Jan.08, I think...
