I speculated last night that there may be possible dillution from the Wisebuys merger... ie-- shares for the additional 25% etc, The PR states that there will be no dillution for the financing involved with the aquisition of Hacketts... but says nothing about the merger of Wisebuys. I think that is what we may be seeing here IMO. However, the PR does lead one to believe there will be no dillution going on. We need to hear from Tom on this ASAP.

The Main Thing is to keep The Main Thing... THE MAIN THING!
