Yes, please ask.. "Have you ever posted on IHUB as investorystallone or any other alias now or in the past at any point in time?"  Make that A hole commit to his BS.  He dodges and weaves... so make him say he has never posted as investorystallone.  And make sure you spell the screen name right or he will try and say later on that no he did not post as investorstallone....  but yes as investrystallone..lol  That is why I wanted you to ask him in a yes or no question.  Money Morning is right.  He was very specific in his language and brought up stuff like James and the insanity guy which had nothing to do with your question.  It's like the magician that says.. "look over here" so you can't see what he is doing with his other hand.  It is clear he will lie about it but make him commit to it so in the future we can nail his ass for lying outright about this issue.  In court he can be asked all of this under deposition and then the IHUB records can be subpoenaed and if he is shown to have lied it will be perjury.  But getting him to lie to you is the first step.  Make him commit to saying he never has posted under that or any screen name in the past.

Also, the Oct 16, 2006 post would have been shown as east coast time but he is in California so the post on IHUB would have appeared less than an hour after the email to James worded almost exactly the same.  You have to cut three hours off the time for the time change.

Did any of you notice the status has now been changed on the pink sheets to "Yeild: limited information"?
