yes pd, i understand but that the potential of that is there is something everybody knows and that has caused the run to 0.086 also so that is not new and i am also sure it will create buying pressure because there could be no doubt then this company is for real But i am not so sure it will go up dramatically because a lot of retailers are focused on that 8K and they will sell the same day as the 8K comes out and i think a lot of the momentum is getting killed. So i think we will go slowly up from here and that we don't have to be surprised that after the 8K we don't see a major run. Will you have the "surprised" feeling when the 8K comes out? no,you will have the feeling " ahhh,finally" and then 90% of the penny investors have their finger on the sell button.

i think we have to look for the intermediate term to see 0.10-0.25 and not directly after the 8k is released. but we shall see what happens. I can only hope there is an 8K for the end of the month
