I live near Opp al. where the new Biofuel plant is to be located. I have seen the site, it is clearly marked and is on the new circle ( bypass), prime property. I have also contacted the Opp Chamber of Comerce and was told " The plans for Perihelion are still a go. The plant will be located on Highway 331 South at the corner of the By-Pass." So I am in!
