This is a great filing! Almost all newly issued shares are restricted, and won't be entering the tradeable float for some time. Strong hands here can easily tie up the 2 million shares issued and tradeable. Interesting, seems that Brian Conrad could be our friend from DGIA, and Peter Kolacz may be associated with INXR. Got a feeling some big news will be coming our way soon, and the chase will be on!
