When I saw the CD and tried to look at the wording, I also found this, which I don't think you have seen:
"YO! MTV Raps joined forces with PUMA once again and celebrated the release of the second limited edition YO! MTV Raps x PUMA Clyde and Suede collection, along with matching gear at the PUMA store in San Francisco on Friday. The artist collection, which hit selected stores September 15th, includes the freshest kicks to honor the pioneers in the hip hop game such as Doug E. Fresh, Big Daddy Kane, MC Shaun, and YO!'s own Doctor Dre and Ed Lover. PUMA also dropped five YO! MTV Rap Suede colorways which probably sold like hot cakes.

Folks were hooked up with free booze, magazines, YO! MTV Rap trading cards and CD's, but what was icing on the cake for those who attended the extravaganza were seeing DJ Nick Catchdubs (Fool's Gold), Trackademicks (Honor Roll), and Grip Grand (Look Records) turn the PUMA store inside out.

Grip Grand got the stylish crowd on their toes while he rocked the mic with Richie Cunning. Trackademicks, Mike Baker The Bike Maker, and Miss Josie Stingray killed it while DJ Tap.10 held it down on the 1s and 2s and got everybody going crazy with the classics "Rapper's Delight," "Paid in Full," and "Boyz In The Hood." But it wouldn't have been a party without Nick Catchdubs on the tables blowing people away during his dope set. Even Kevvy Kev (The Drum/KZSU) and John "King Of The Burbs" Brown from VH1's "ego trip's The (white) Rapper Show" showed face to see what the party was all about.

The party continued at RX Gallery where they held a "YO! MTV Raps Golden Age" costume contest, and laced one super duper lucky person with a gift certificate and a pair of those fresh kicks.

Then, I researched RX GALLERY of San Fransisco, and found this:

"NOTE: PARTY HAS MOVED TO ETIQUETTE LOUNGE

Friday September 14th
blasthaus & PUMA present SLAP with the Official YO! MTV Raps PUMA shoe release afterparty featuring
NICK CATCHDUBS TRACKADEMICKS

Based in Brooklyn, Nick Catchdubs has been dropping his signature club sets (hip hop, dancehall, electro, rock and more) all across the country for the past three years, expertly mixing different genres of music like they were made to be played together, rocking any kind of party you could think of.

He's opened for the Clipse, played to a full house at both MIA and Lady Sovereign's US debuts, and has shared the stage with the likes of Ghostface, Spankrock, The Pack, Diplo & Low Budget of Hollertronix, Flosstradamus, and Kanye West's DJ A-Trak. Nick recently founded Fool's Gold Records with A-Trak, whose roster includes Kid Sister, Cool Kids, GLC, and more. He's also an editor for The Fader, hosts 'Let It Out' on East Village Radio, does graphic design work for clients such as Stussy & ESPN, and just released a well-received mixtape for DC rapper Wale. Don't expect to know what this musical renaissance man will drop on the dance-floor, just expect it to make you dance.

Trackademicks will be hosting the event, with support from Swayzee and Shane King. Come dressed for the YO! MTV Raps Golden Age costume contest. Winner will receive PUMA shoes, PUMA gift certificate, & YO! MTV Raps trading cards.
