I know where you are coming from, and I am right now not to thrilled about the idea of a RS, but I do believe this company is going in the right direction and the price will eventually go up. From talking to DR. Harper from my previous visit (see a previos post of mine telling how the visit went), I do believe these guys are out to run a very professional company that is looking out for shareholders. I also beleive they are not out to dilute the shares for paying bills or to just pay their salaries (remember per Dr. Harper he wasnt even taking a salary as of the date of my visit with him). I did receive an email from the new CEO (Michael Cummings). Dr. Harper is very bright, and I am sure Mr. Cummings is just as capable, otherwise Dr. Harper wouldnt have done this. Here is what he said:

Thank you for your e-mail and your investment into RSUR. I knew that we would have investors respond to the PR today with some concern, especially with some of the past history of RSUR. I am obligated under SEC regulations not to go into to much detail regarding future events, but I can tell you that I was hired by Remote Surveillance Technologies to turn the company around and to build shareholder value. RSUR will continue to grow through acquisitions and our internal growth plan, and our focus will be on companies that meet certain criteria’s such as our business model, industry, annual revenues, profits and management team. We will also continue to notify our shareholders of our status has a company and soon we will be a reporting company on the pink sheets.
