So far for the last three months they have filed one form a month. I think that's pretty go and better than a PR saying "One day we hope to do something worth speaking of." I guess they are going by " Actions speak louder than words", I would say that works just fine for me but I would be lying because I have the patience of a child, but it does show that they are working and it is something positive and offical.
