rfj: I don't know what your income is, but I know of no democratic candidates who are advocating raising taxes on anyone but the million per year and up group. If you're in that group, congratulations. Otherwise, I don't see you have a 'major disaster' awaiting your personal finances... as your taxes, not being part of that distinguished group, would be largely unaffected by the demo proposals I've seen. On the other hand, there is in fact a 'major disaster' awaiting our public finances if the current national fiscal policies continue (low tax high spending). IMO your children and grand-children should be worried.
