Personal attack by insult or calling some one a liar (even indirectly) are in violation of I-hub posting.
I can delete any post if it meets the standard for deletion by the personal attacks or insult.
Bottom line, posting which is insulting or accusatory is in violation and should be removed. We have has some posts recently which meet this standard. I have chosen not to delete these at this point. I am writing to inform some posters to be more careful.
You can say "IMO T.L. is doing a bad job (for xxxxx reason") etc. You can also post that, “IMO, Tom’s posting on I-hub is unprofessional.” State the reasons why. Those are fine! I-hub is about posting, discussion, disagreement, but professional. I encourage challenge to Tom and his argument, facts, vision, share structure, etc. But, keep it above board and very professional.
When a post gets personal: this is a warning that deletion may and will occur in the future.
Note: I-hub has no first amendment rights. Period. End of discussion.
Clean it up, stop the personal attacks, post your opinion, no accusation w/o backing it up. Opinion does not count as a backing it up argument. Disagreement w/ Tom is fine and welcome. Cheap shots & Insults are not. Nor are they welcome towards each other.
Baseless Bashing or Pumping post also fit this category and I will attempt to treat both fairly.
So, everybody play nice.

A compliment to all: You guys have stepped it up a notch and are to be congratulated. The board is very different in the past few days and I am relieved. Thanks to all on both sides of the fence.
We all want the same thing and maybe, just maybe we will get there. It will take time though. Patience to all & Keep the questions to Tom coming.
