Other than it being a projection based on a lot of "IFs" and since I'm sure it included Progas in the supply chain, I have no idea either. However, the preferred deal is still there and eventhough you are tied in for the next 1-5yrs, those notes hold a lot of weight in court when it comes to payday, and no I haven't taken any yet.
