PowerSki Signs $1.53 Million Deal for the Continent of Africa

TORRANCE, Calif., Feb 5, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

Nova Communications Ltd. (OTCBB:NCVM) announced that its merger candidate, PowerSki International, has signed a $1,530,000 deal for the continent of Africa.

The deal was signed with exclusive North African distributor, 'PowerSki Jetboards Africa,'an entity created by African entrepreneurs exclusively for sales, marketing, and distribution of Jetboards. PowerSki Jetboards Africa plans to begin a major advertising and promotion campaign to run through September 2004.

PowerSki International is the developer and manufacturer of the patented PowerSki Jetboard and patented SupertorqueXT marine engine. PowerSki International has distributors in 36 countries around the world and over 35 dealerships set up in the USA.
