Have had many conversations with Gary M. about S-8 shares in the past 4 weeks. John you got it right.
Also free trading shares needed to pays legal fees, and accounting fees. Money is an ever needed thing
for companies like CVIA that need. Many more shares in S-8 authorized than needed, but why go to
the expense to do it more than once.

Some of you know, the accountants, wanted cash up front to do the last audit. They got it, but CVIA
had to sell some restricted share to get the cash. Could it be the time it took to round it up was why we
got our last CVIAE. Who knows.

Everything is upbeat about CVIA. The four corners have been firmly established in our company. We should
really start to see results in Jan 2002.

There is something going on with Clickgarden at the present. May be good for us.
