Dear Shareholders and Potential Investors:

I have received numerous emails and phone-calls this past week with many good questions. In the near term, we will be adding a page to our website for shareholders and potential investors to ask questions and to get open honest answers from myself.

The first question I am going to address is the ownership structure of the company. I purchased controlling interest in the company and this was done via an all-cash purchase. Equity (shares) in Podium Venture Group Inc was not retained by the previous owner. I understand there has been much speculation as to what has happened in the past year with the prior owner and prior CEO of the company. I am aware of what happened, and am going to pass on speculating as to specifics as it was settled in court of law.

The second most common question I have received is in regards to the new direction of Podium Venture Group Inc. As was stated in a press release last week, the company is moving forward with a focus on Wireless Broadband. The acquisition of La Playa Holdings was our first step in this direction. La Playa Holdings subsidiary, Coastal Broadband, is an exciting addition to Podium as well as the realization of actual revenues for the company. Coastal Broadband has had revenues in excess of $200,000 in past years and is on track for over $500,000 for 2007. Coastal Broadband has many exciting projects and contracts in the works that will be shared with shareholders in coming months as the deals are consummated. With the current pipeline, it is a realistic expectation for Coastal Broadband to reach $1mm in revenues in 2008.

Another hot topic from shareholders has been the future capitalization of the company. The honest answer is the company will look at forms of capitalization that would benefit the company in its growth and long-term value to our shareholders.

As with any stock, especially “penny-stocks,” shareholders should expect volatility in the share-price. The company will do its best to act responsibly and protect shareholder value.

Several shareholders inquired on the status of the company becoming a reporting company. In the short term, I do not anticipate Podium Venture Group moving to another trading platform such as OTCBB or NASDAQ. However, I would like to have the company file appropriately to receive the “Current Information” rating with Pink Sheets.

I understand many of our shareholders have concerns based upon previous management and ownership of the company; and their concern is legitimate. I ask that all shareholders and potential investors focus on the new direction of the company and let the results speak for themselves.

Thank you for all of your support,

Rob Loud
