"could" is the operative word. There isn't solid confirmation that a hurricane will form in the gulf or not. Beyond this, there is nothing coming from Africa like a Dean. With us getting into the later half of the season, the only thing that will move this stock is a developed cat 1 storm that moves into the Gulf.

Experience is showing us that anything that forms in there quickly gains strength and in alot of cases happens overnight.

Sooo, if something develops off of Tampa and quickly becomes a tropical storm while near the Florida west coast then look out. You will have a cat 3 storm or better hitting some portion of the coast. Until then, this stock is dead until mid October then it goes to .10 to .08. Not to rise again until probably feb/mar. of next year
