Investor Bulletin: Commencement of Share Buyback Program

Eternal Image Management would like to inform shareholders that the Company has commenced its share buyback program. Under the advisement of its SEC Attorney and a stock broker, Eternal Image recently established a corporate brokerage account through which the Company has been actively purchasing shares of Eternal Image stock.

This buyback program plays into the overall plan of EI Management to achieve a higher pps through non-dilutive means whenever possible. The program will be ongoing, as the Company's financial department has budgeted funds specifically for the buyback of shares on a regular basis.
