It looks like the Judge vacated the previous order of judgement by default. Now Frey only wants to sue Well Renewal Inc, not United Energy and the others. Looks like cases like this can drag on forever....

DON FREY, the Plaintiff in the above captioned adversary proceeding, (hereinafter referred to
as the “Plaintiff”) files this, its Plaintiff’s Notice of Non-Suit against United Energy Group, Inc.,
William Gray, Sr. and William Gray Jr. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendants”), and in support
thereof would respectfully show unto the Court as follows:

1. Plaintiff asks the court to sign an order of nonsuit on all its claims against only Defendants
