You're right Allie, volume is starting to pick up a little,

and you know people still have low ball orders in trying to buy on the cheap. Once they realize they aren't getting timely or complete fills they will have to raise their bid prices and the trickle up theory will have begun....Unless news, then you forget about trickles lol.
