You need to read the information closely. Kore is taking over Sulja Building Supplies, Ltd. Notice no "bros"! This is not Sulja Bros Building Supplies, Ltd. (SLJB) Nevada. The improperly filled out stock cert that Airys brought back on his spring trip convey nothing as it was incorrectly filled out...suprise, surprise! Nevada SLJB is an empty shell IMHO!
