As an update. That 'Borat' DVD has since been returned and my next selection is en route (due to arrive in my mailbox today, I believe). No questions asked, and no delays in turnaround time.

My guess is that either they're not checking the DVDs as they get returned, or they're knowingly sending out copied DVDs.
