What are Wisebuys Non strategic assets?

"Financing will not involve the issuance of new debt or equity, but rather the sale of certain of WiseBuys' non-strategic assets"

What assets does this refer to?

If this is how they will finance the new non-retail investment, it would be nice to know what they refer to? Anybody?
