Going after them with "both barrels blazing" is the approach everyone wanted to see, but probably not the most cost effective approach. This is a dead shell that generates no income. Do you pay high dollar lawyers to perform discovery for you, or do you sit back and let the OSC perform that discovery for free? If the OSC hearing results are positive, then you nail them to the wall at a fraction of what it would cost you going alone and with very solid evidence.
