SAN DIEGO, Dec 10, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ID Four Ltd. (IDFR) clarifies the terms of the shareholder dividend.
ID Four's President David Cooper announced today shareholders of record at the close of business on December 10th, who hold their shares of the company's common stock through the effective distribution date of December 28th, 2001 will receive a dividend of one share of Cyberfast Sytems Inc. (CYSI) common stock for every 50 common shares of ID Four LTD. (IDFR). The shares will be rounded up to the next whole number to effect a fair distribution.
ID Four acquired the controlling interest in Cyberfast Sytems Inc. www.cyberfastsystems.com from the sale of TLCO Software and the IDC Technology licenses earlier this month.
Cooper added this substantial dividend is the first to be paid to ID Four shareholders since the company was founded in 1983 and further hopes this will encourage existing and future shareholders of the forward looking mission of the company.
