Scrooge. . .don't feel bad LOL! I got shagged by CHAG (in a BIG way) and HRCT also promised the dividend deal. Amazingly, I still think HRCT is going to be a great company. Particularly since . . .January 2nd. . .is targeted to be a GOOD day. We'll see. Anyway, it's fun to follow all these little organizations. There is "1" out of every "1000" or so that actually becomes a viable company LOL!
