Never got filled yesterday with bid ABOVE last sale...

I put in a limit order for just over 100K shares @ .0205 AON yesterday at 3:45 when the ASK was at .0205.

The ask closes at .0205 and the final sale of the day was .0203

I never got filled. Should I be on the phone complaining to my broker? Im new to online trading.
